Molten Cheese in Sourdough

RECIPE CONTRIBUTOR | HOMEIRAStyle

it is interesting how my life rules of “Following No Rules” carry over to my kitchen. My primary rule it to always use the highest quality and freshest ingredients. I truly never do what I am about to tell you to do with this recipe! However, in this case the results were rewarding and over the top.

I know that for certain recipes, like Bread Pudding and French Toast, stale bread is required and that is how I prepare those recipes. But the sourdough I used to make this Molten Cheese was almost a week old, forgotten in the refrigerator. A drizzle of artSAVOR flavored olive oil and the melted cheese, brought the sourdough back to life! Crispy, flaky, cheesy deliciousness! It will disappear faster than the blink of an eye!
