SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Once you place your order on this site, you will receive an email confirmation. To cancel the order, please call us immediately at (214) 232-9013. Once you have received a tracking number, your order will no longer be eligible for changing items or cancellation.
Our warehouse hours are 9 am - 4 pm PT Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 12pm PT will ship on the same day. All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles Area warehouse. Any order placed on Friday after 12 pm will be sent out on the following Monday.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email or text with tracking number. Alternately, you can log into your account to retrieve your tracking number.
We cannot be held liable for conﬁrmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been conﬁrmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call your local post ofﬁce to inquire further.
We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail.
We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $200, which will be shipped using the most cost effective method available.
Currently we do not ship products outside of the United States.
