Rosemary Thin Crust Pizza
artSAVOR 10 Ingredients
Black Pepper, Coriander, Leek, Onion, Sumac, Parsley, Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Lime, Sea Salt, Herbs & Spices

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
Pizza Crust
1	Pizza Dough, Store bought, not frozen 
1T	Olive Oil  
4T	Flour for dusting, more if needed 
4T	artSAVOR 10, already  mixed with olive oil  (direction below)
¼t 	Fresh Rosemary, chopped 
D	Sea Salt and Pepper, freshly ground
Pizza Toppings
2C 	Mozzarella Cheese, freshly grated 
4	Heirloom Tomatoes, sliced, roasted   See Recipe
1T	Lemon Juice 
D	Sea Salt and Pepper, freshly ground 
1T	Olive Oil 
1t	Oregano, fresh, chopped 
1t	Thyme, fresh, chopped 
4T	Goat Cheese 
2T	Olive Oil,  for drizzling 
1C	Micro Greens 
KITCHEN ESSENTIALS
Pizza Peel
Pizza Stone, or Pizza Tray
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 
Place  dough in a bowl, drizzle oil, cover with plastic
Keep in room temperature for few hours
Allow to rise to about double in size 
Add fresh rosemary to artSAVOR 10  mixture, set aside 
Place pizza stone on oven middle rack 
Preheat oven to 450˚F   
Step 2 
Transfer dough onto floured surface, divide into 2 portions    Flour dough lightly, 
Stretch each portion into a thin, rectangular shape  
Do not over work the dough 
Drizzle half of  artSAVOR 10  mixture
Dust with  salt and pepper 
Place dough on pizza stone 
Bake for 5 minutes or until slightly golden  
Remove from oven
Step 3 
In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, salt and pepper
Using a whisk, gradually stir in oil to emulsify
Add more oil if needed
Set aside  
Step 4 
Top pizza crust with grated cheese 
Sprinkle oregano and thyme 
Arrange with roasted tomatoes and goat cheese evenly
Transfer pizza crust with toppings to pizza stone in oven
Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese melts   
Step 5 
Drizzle some of lemon dressing on micro greens and toss  Remove pizza from oven and drizzle with oil  
Garnish with with micro greens and Basil
Cut and serve

Store unused mixture preferably in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for future use.
