What if I told you that you can bite into your pizza in no time? The secret is my artSAVOR 75 and pita bread along with just a few ingredients that you probably have in your refrigerator.

Dill, Parsley, Leek, Basil, Salt, Pepper, Herbs & Spices

Serves 1 Entree / 4 Appetizer

INGREDIENTS

1 Pita bread, about 7” round
2T artSAVOR 75, Already mixed with olive oil
6 Brie Cheese Slices
¼C Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
10 Cherry Tomatoes
D Sea Salt and Pepper, Freshly Ground
1T Olive Oil, More if Needed
2T Mint Chiffonade

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS

Cast Iron Grill Pan

DIRECTIONS

Heat oil in grill pan over medium high
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper
Toss to grill, remove tomatoes and set aside
In the same pan, place pita bread and grill for 1 -2 minutes
Flip pita bread and grill the other side for 30 seconds
Drizzle with artSAVOR 75
Top with cheese slices
Sprinkle shredded cheese
Top with tomatoes and grill until cheese melted
Garnish with the Mint Chiffonade (optional)
Garnish with your choice of condiments
