Dazzling Champagne Cocktail

Dazzling like a sparkling ruby, this champagne drink that will suit the occasion—or any occasion for celebration, really. A great simple way to greet guests at the beginning of an evening or even end a dinner with something less sweet as cakes or pastry.

Aperitif, Cocktail, Champagne

INGREDIENTS

3 Raspberries, Fresh
1T Raspberry Liqueur
1T Triple Sec
1T Raspberry Juice
1T Roses Lime Juice
4oz Champagne or Bubbly
Fresh Mint for Garnish

DIRECTIONS

In an empty Champagne glass
Place raspberries
Add the raspberry liqueur & triple sec
Add raspberry juice, roses lime juice, carefully
Pour champagne or your choice of bubbly
Raspberries will rise to the top
Garnish with mint and serve
