Not since the publication of “Modernist Cuisine” by Nathan Myhrvold and Chris Young in 2011 have the standards of production in cookbooks been challenged.  But your "Simple” has done just that.  What a beautiful publication.  You have set a new standard for art in the field of cookbooks.  I thank you for your contribution.  I love your book.  A banquet for the eyes.  And now to cook.
